Full-Time Dishwasher

About the Role

Eurest is seeking dedicated full-time dishwashers to join their team at the Delta Sky Club location in San Diego, CA. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, and workspaces.

Work Schedule & Location

The position follows a full-time schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The work location is at 3835 N. Harbor, San Diego, CA 92101.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and pre-rinse food debris from dishes before washing either by hand or with dishwashing machines following assigned procedures, ensuring thorough sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays utilizing proper techniques to maintain hygiene standards.
• Polish silverware employing equipment such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths as necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain proper chemical levels and temperatures as specified.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen areas to uphold sanitation standards.
• Clean work surfaces including tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Dispose of trash appropriately, clean garbage containers with steam or hoses.
• Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and workspaces.
• Participate in loading and unloading supplies and products as required.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous dishwashing and janitorial experience is mandatory for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage is fixed at $21.95 per hour with weekly pay.
