Job Overview

As a Dishwasher at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Las Vegas, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by properly using dish machines and handling washing duties for glassware, dishes, pots, and pans. This role requires adherence to safety guidelines and cleanliness protocols to ensure a sanitary kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to established protocols.
• Wash glasses and dishes using standard dish racks efficiently.
• Clean pots and pans exclusively in the designated pot washing area.
• Keep the kitchen neat and tidy by cleaning as necessary, including sweeping up broken glass or dishes and mopping spills.
• Empty heavy or full trash cans, sanitize them after each use, and replace trash bags.
• Follow all safety procedures including Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) protocols.
• Assist with additional kitchen duties as needed, such as helping with plating for banquet events.
