Job Overview
As a Busser at Remington Hospitality, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining area. You will be responsible for promptly clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and supporting overall restaurant upkeep.
Primary Duties
- Immediately clear and reset tables once guests have finished, removing dirty items to the dishwashing area and breaking down trays. Take soiled linens to the designated area or Housekeeping Department for washing.
- Ensure service stations are fully stocked with necessary supplies before, during, and after each shift.
- Set up, replenish, and maintain the coffee-to-go station in the lobby, keeping the area tidy and organized.
- Assist servers quickly by pre-bussing tables and facilitating the delivery of food orders.
- Contribute to the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant environment.
