Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within our kitchen environment. The role involves washing dishes and kitchenware using dishwashers or manually, organizing clean utensils and cookware into their proper locations, and ensuring the kitchen remains a spotless and safe place to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Organize and store cleaned dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in their designated areas.
• Keep kitchen workspaces, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash bins, and uphold kitchen safety and cleanliness standards.
• Sort and dispose of trash in the appropriate pickup locations.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation rules and food safety protocols.
• Help unload and store incoming kitchen deliveries.
• Perform additional kitchen-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or culinary staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No strict educational prerequisites; having a high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a related capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and high-demand kitchen setup.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical endurance to stand for long durations and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
• Basic familiarity with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and communicate effectively within the team.
