Dishwasher - Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans either manually or using dishwashing equipment.
• Organize clean kitchenware and tools in their proper storage locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, empty trash bins, and uphold overall kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Sort waste properly and place it in designated collection points.
• Adhere strictly to sanitation rules and food safety protocols.
• Support in unloading and storing incoming supplies.
• Carry out additional kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors or culinary staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• No mandatory educational requirement; possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Prior experience in dishwashing or equivalent roles is beneficial.
• Capability to thrive in a high-paced and physically demanding kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical endurance to stand for long durations and handle lifting of heavy trays and racks.
• Basic familiarity with sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
• Cooperative team member with effective communication.
