Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and order in our kitchen environment, contributing to smooth culinary operations at our Boise location.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or manual methods.
• Organize and store clean kitchenware and utensils in their designated spots.
• Keep kitchen workspaces, equipment, and tools clean and well-maintained.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, manage trash disposal, and maintain kitchen safety and hygiene.
• Handle sorting and removal of kitchen waste to assigned collection areas.
• Adhere to health and sanitation regulations to ensure food safety compliance.
• Support unloading and storage of deliveries as needed.
• Perform any other kitchen-related tasks assigned by supervisors or culinary staff.

Qualifications

• No mandatory educational requirements; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or similar kitchen role is advantageous.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand kitchen setting.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Physical capability to stand for long durations and handle heavy dish trays or racks.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Strong teamwork skills and proficient communication abilities.
