Job description
Overview
ISS Guckenheimer seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to join their team in Mesa, AZ. This full-time, onsite role offers an hourly wage between $20.00 and $20.50. The position includes an extensive benefits package covering medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, along with a leave program tailored to employment status.
Work Schedule
The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain clean and sanitized floors and kitchen areas.
- Assist with general cleaning and sanitation assignments as needed.
- Organize and maintain storage spaces and equipment.
- Occasionally support food preparation tasks.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Support catering efforts by helping deliver food and prepare event setups.
- Work effectively under time constraints and during peak hours.
- Foster a cooperative and supportive team environment.
- Follow directions from chefs and managers diligently.
- Assist culinary staff and dish room operators as required.
Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with HACCP standards for dishware and food handling.
- A strong passion for customer service.
- Positive demeanor and dependable work ethic.
- Good communication skills and teamwork capability.
Physical and Safety Requirements
- Capable of standing for up to eight hours during shifts.
- Able to lift items weighing at least 25 pounds.
- Compliance with dress code and safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods.
- Adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies to maintain a safe workplace.
