Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing entertainment and leisure facilities in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a visionary, results-driven Senior Director of Entertainment Strategy to join our team. In this vital position, you will shape the strategic direction for our entertainment properties and initiatives, aiming to deliver unforgettable and engaging experiences for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in creating and implementing the comprehensive entertainment asset strategy to meet portfolio goals and asset ambitions.
- Supervise early-stage design phases (pre-concept and concept) of new entertainment assets to ensure they align with Qiddiya's entertainment offerings and financial objectives.
- Lead research and development of new entertainment concepts to integrate into Qiddiya City's asset portfolio, including value proposition analysis, feasibility studies, and outlining high-level implementation plans.
- Oversee management of contracted vendors, intellectual property licensors, and third parties to guarantee project deliverables align with the overall vision, offerings, and strategic briefs.
- Formulate initial go-live strategies such as operating models, pricing, sales and marketing approaches, and manpower planning, providing implementation support to various Qiddiya departments.
- Develop presentations and necessary materials for obtaining approvals within the Qiddiya Stage governance framework, senior management, and Board of Directors.
- Collaborate closely with the Qiddiya Entertainment Business Unit and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and consistency with directives from senior leadership and the Board.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for development, business, financial, and operational plans to maintain alignment with project vision.
- Prepare and supervise annual budgets, workforce plans, and strategic and operational plans related to the Entertainment Strategy function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in entertainment strategy, asset management, or relevant fields.
