Digital Supply Chain Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished expert in Digital Supply Chain to lead our Supply Chain practice by representing the domain with clients, partners, and internal teams. This role involves driving growth, leading digital transformation efforts, offering strategic consulting, and ensuring successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and expand the Supply Chain practice including consulting, solution design, and skill development initiatives.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and business heads to establish transformation strategies that deliver tangible business improvements.
• Support sales efforts through client engagement, proposals, workshops, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage comprehensive digital supply chain transformation projects covering planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, supplier collaboration, and analytics.
• Guide clients in adopting forward-thinking technologies such as AI, automation, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Maintain strategic leadership over project execution, governance frameworks, stakeholder coordination, and value tracking.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, client functions, and executive forums while contributing to thought leadership.

Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain consulting and business transformation with a strong record of managing stakeholder relationships across sizable enterprises.
• In-depth knowledge of comprehensive supply chain processes and experience leading digital modernization programs.
• Practical experience with major supply chain platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Oracle SCM Cloud, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Manhattan Associates, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, or comparable solutions is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations management, or a closely related field.
• Preference for candidates with an MBA specializing in operations, supply chain, or a similar domain.
• Professional certifications including APICS, CSCP, CPSM, SAP, Oracle, or certifications in Digital Supply Chain management will be considered an added advantage.
