Application Developer - UiPath

Overview

We seek a skilled UiPath RPA Developer and Support Specialist to maintain and improve enterprise automation systems. This role involves providing advanced support, developing optimized UiPath automations, and administering Orchestrator environments to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for production UiPath bots.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues involving Robots, Orchestrator, and automation workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production incidents effectively.
• Create and refine automations using UiPath Studio along with the REFramework.
• Develop integrations with SAP platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• Support initiatives related to OCR, document processing, email, and workflow automation.
• Oversee management of Orchestrator including queues, assets, credentials, robot deployment, and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and operational runbooks.
• Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to uphold service level agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in development and support using UiPath tools.
• Proficient hands-on skills with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and the REFramework.
• Experience automating SAP systems such as S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba, or SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with API integrations, web automation, OCR technologies, and Microsoft 365 products.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
• UiPath certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
