Job description
Overview
This role involves supporting digital systems integral to laboratory and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations with a 12-month contract based in Tuas, Singapore. The position offers a salary up to SGD 10,000 monthly, depending on experience. The organization focuses on pioneering a new manufacturing concept comprising modular, multi-product facilities designed for adaptability and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to meet vaccine production demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational stability and sustainability of digital solutions to ensure uninterrupted business functions.
- Provide support and management for Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Administer Laboratory Execution Systems (LES).
- Manage connection solutions for lab equipment and instruments, including IoI, OMNIS, Empower software, SoftmaxPro, etc.
- Oversee the workstations used within the laboratory environment.
- Coordinate the project management process for digital infrastructure services at the Modulus site in Singapore.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient technical skills in Windows operating environments and understanding of network fundamentals.
- Experience in project management, problem resolution, incident handling, and change management.
- Demonstrated expertise with quality control and laboratory management systems, specifically LIMS and LES.
- Familiarity with various laboratory solution support technologies.
- Knowledge of system architecture principles.
- Understanding of quality processes such as GxP qualification standards.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, particularly within vaccine and biologics production, adhering to GxP regulatory compliance.
