Content Governance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Content Governance Specialist responsible for defining and maintaining content and behavioral handling standards for BRIC markets. This position involves working closely with governance teams to analyze cheating techniques and typical behaviors, then transforming these insights into standardized language to support consistent implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content and behavior standards aligned with company requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with governance teams to identify cheating methods and behavioral patterns and convert these into actionable standards.
• Continuously enhance standards and case libraries based on quality monitoring, external feedback, and internal governance updates.
• Provide clear explanations of standards externally to improve understanding and compliance.
• Gather requirements and process issues related to standard operations and participate actively in product planning, demand management, and implementation of relevant solutions.
• Offer improvement suggestions and track product iteration timelines.
• Review the quality of standard specifications regularly and take part in periodic standard reviews to uphold standard quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher education.
• Minimum of 3 years experience within internet platforms, digital services, or technology sectors.
• Specialized experience in content security, trust and safety, risk management, fraud prevention, behavioral risk control, or risk control strategy products is highly desirable.
• Strong risk assessment skills related to content and behavior, sensitivity to risk factors, and aptitude to create corresponding standard handling content.
• Ability to abstract and generalize complexities to define standard characteristics for multifaceted or combined risks and successfully recommend actionable standards.
• Excellent communication and learning skills, with a capacity to manage complex projects and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
