Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and define requirements for Privileged Access Management (PAM) using Delinea, Identity Access Management (IAM) with One Identity, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) leveraging Azure MFA and FortiAuthenticator, and Active Directory/DNS services.
• Evaluate current identity-related procedures and suggest process enhancements.
• Design strategies, architecture frameworks, and detailed implementation roadmaps for Digital Identity solutions.
• Configure and tailor PAM, IAM, MFA, and Active Directory/DNS platforms according to client needs.
• Develop and uphold policies governing privileged access, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management of identities.
• Work jointly with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate and optimize identity-related services across environments.
• Deliver training sessions, provide ongoing support, and compile documentation for client teams.
• Engage closely with technology vendors such as Delinea, Microsoft, and One Identity to address technical and platform challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive IT and security expertise with a minimum of 4 years focusing on Digital Identity, IAM, or PAM domains.
• Practical experience in working with Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, and Active Directory/DNS.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID), multi-factor authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Office 365 identity management tools.
• Strong communication abilities with experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, team-centered, and fast-paced working conditions.
