Job Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent folding carton manufacturer based in Queensland, servicing the packaging needs of key players in the Australian food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. The organization is currently seeking a seasoned Diecut & Embellishing Operator to reinforce its production workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and oversee die cutting and embellishing machinery to ensure optimum performance.
• Conduct thorough inspections of final products to verify quality and precision standards.
• Continuously monitor machine functionality and production volume outputs.
• Carry out routine equipment upkeep including cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Detect and communicate any problems related to quality, materials, or machinery.
• Maintain an organized, hygienic, and secure work area.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and HACCP compliance guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Trade Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrable prior experience operating die cutting or comparable production machinery.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective time management.
• Dependable, driven, and prioritizes workplace safety.
• Able to collaborate efficiently within team environments.
