Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic and proactive candidates to join our Health Agency division as Development/Relationship Managers. This role entails recruiting, training, and leading insurance agents to drive sales via agency channels, fostering a motivating work environment, and conducting regular evaluations to ensure targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and oversee the performance of insurance agents and advisors.
• Generate sales growth through agency networks.
• Inspire and drive the team towards accomplishing sales objectives.
• Organize consistent meetings and review team performance systematically.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum one year of field sales experience, preferably in insurance or marketing.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
