Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the sales readiness of your store and take charge of day-to-day operations in the absence of the store manager.
  • Collaborate closely with the store manager to form a dynamic leadership duo.
  • Regularly coordinate on key operational topics with the store manager, ensuring information flow and proper delegation of tasks within your team.
  • Ensure that the store is well organized and deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Monitor key performance indicators continuously and manage sales and inventory jointly with the store manager.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in retail is preferred, ideally coupled with relevant professional experience. However, career changers from sectors like hospitality are warmly welcomed.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to be hands-on, flexible, and able to work cooperatively with the team.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members for their tasks.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday between 6:00 AM and 8:15 PM.
