Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operational management of the store.
- Employ a target-oriented mindset to meet key performance indicators.
- Lead, motivate, and nurture the growth of the store team.
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation at all times.
- Ensure stock levels are consistently sufficient and well managed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of the Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years management experience in a fast-paced workplace.
- Possession of a full driving licence.
- Strong enthusiasm for working within a varied, fast-moving environment, with focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns as required.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous but not mandatory given the right attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary starting at €51,000, increasing to €60,000 after three years.
- Annual leave starting at 20 days, increasing to 25 days following two years of service.
