Deputy General Manager

Role Overview

The Noel Group, collaborating with a renowned hospitality client based in Cork, is seeking a Deputy General Manager. This role entails working closely with the General Manager to manage daily operations, boost commercial outcomes, and maintain top-tier guest services across all departments. Accommodation is provided on location.

Key Duties

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all property operations.
• Lead, inspire, and develop both management and operational teams.
• Maintain consistently high guest satisfaction standards.
• Evaluate departmental activities and introduce necessary enhancements.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and control of costs.
• Enhance business performance while upholding superior service quality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Foster a workplace atmosphere that promotes teamwork, responsibility, and excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
• Experience as a Deputy General Manager or readiness to take on this career progression.
• Must reside in Ireland and have legal authorization to work in the Republic of Ireland.
