About the Role
The Noel Group is collaborating with a renowned client in the hospitality sector to recruit a General Manager for a hotel based in Dublin 13. This position carries the responsibility for overall hotel leadership, driving superior guest experiences, robust financial outcomes, and maintaining elevated operational standards. The role requires leading all hotel departments, boosting revenue, fostering team engagement, and supporting business expansion.
Key Duties
- Manage and supervise the hotel’s daily activities and operations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to department managers.
- Focus on increasing revenue and enhancing financial performance.
- Ensure exceptional levels of guest satisfaction and uphold high service standards.
- Oversee budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in hospitality.
- Previous role as a Hotel General Manager or Deputy General Manager, or readiness to progress into this position.
- Strong leadership competencies with effective people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and improve profitability.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Resident of Ireland with legal working rights in the Republic of Ireland.
