Key Responsibilities

• Own the Profit and Loss responsibility for all states and cities within your designated region.
• Develop and execute strategies for regional growth and market penetration including pricing and promotional activities.
• Lead the acquisition and lifecycle management of customers and drivers.
• Oversee daily operations and strategize to meet organizational objectives within the region.
• Establish new operational processes and optimize existing workflows aligned with company goals.
• Integrate ground operations with technology platforms, lifecycle operations, and core functions.
• Collect and analyze product and market intelligence to help enhance product offerings.
• Plan and implement rollout strategies for new products, processes, or features.
• Manage recruiting, training, planning, and resource allocation across various functions.
• Ensure sustainable and profitable relationships with business partners and maintain supply retention.
• Contribute to long-term business objectives focused on organizational and people development, including succession planning and retention.

Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in Profit and Loss management.
• Strong data-driven decision-making abilities with capability to extract insights and craft compelling recommendations.
• Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple cities, with readiness for extensive travel.
• Track record of employee performance management and talent development.
• High attention to detail with a focus on user-centric solutions.
• Skill in influencing and driving cross-functional team results.
• Ability to prioritize, handle deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities with sound judgement.
• Familiarity with designing, testing, and launching marketing campaigns.
• Background in strategy, business excellence, or program management, preferably in consumer or partner-facing roles.
• Proficiency in at least one regional language among Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu is mandatory.

Qualifications and Location

An MBA degree from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution is required. Candidates should possess 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience. The role focuses on managing operations in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, with the base location being Kochi or Coimbatore.
