About the Role

Rustic Home / Rustic Turquoise is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager based in Mumbai who will oversee daily business operations while providing support to the sales team as needed. The position involves ensuring smooth order processing and coordinating various functions within the business to maintain workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including processing and executing orders efficiently.
• Liaise with the workshop, vendors, delivery personnel, and customers to coordinate activities and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor production schedules to guarantee prompt dispatch and delivery of products.
• Keep accurate records of orders and conduct consistent follow-ups.
• Manage communication with customers post-sale, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Assist the sales team by responding to customer queries and helping finalize orders.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales and production departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to maintain uninterrupted workflow.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen focus on follow-up tasks.
• Confident in handling customer interactions and responding to sales inquiries.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business tools.
• Prior experience in operations, retail, furniture, interior design, or sales sectors preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of independently managing assigned duties.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to 35,000, along with performance-based incentives tied to sales achievements.
