Dental Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Dental Lab Technician licensed by DoH/HAAD to join our advanced digital dental manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time, onsite role focusing on fabricating various dental restorations using state-of-the-art technology.

Key Duties

• Create dental crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant-supported prosthetics.
• Operate computerized dental design and manufacturing tools, including CAD/CAM systems, scanners, milling equipment, and 3D printers.
• Carry out finishing tasks such as staining, glazing, and conduct quality control inspections.
• Adhere to prescriptions, follow strict infection prevention protocols, and comply with laboratory operational procedures.
• Keep detailed case documentation and ensure traceability of materials used during production.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a valid DoH Abu Dhabi license or current eligibility as a Dental Lab Technician (previously HAAD certification).
• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Dental Laboratory Technology with a minimum of two years’ experience, or completion of an accredited two-year program accompanied by at least four years’ relevant work history.
• Proficiency in using dental CAD software such as exocad, 3Shape, or equivalents.
• Strong understanding of ceramic materials, zirconia, and implant-based restorations.
• Exceptional precision, communication capabilities, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
