Delivery Manager (AI in SDLC)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with specialized expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies. The role focuses on steering teams to successfully integrate AI solutions into software delivery, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring sustained value from initial experimentation to final production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and take full ownership of AI and Generative AI projects throughout all phases, from discovery to production implementation.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders through effective governance, risk mitigation, and progress reporting.
• Mentor delivery teams on incorporating AI capabilities into the SDLC process.
• Apply Agile and Lean methodologies to establish scalable and repeatable AI delivery frameworks.
• Implement responsible AI practices, including adherence to data privacy standards and mitigation of model-related risks.
• Monitor project performance by measuring delivery metrics, realized value, and adoption rates.
• Coordinate efforts of distributed and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent delivery quality and predictability.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing complex software delivery programs with clear accountability for results.
• Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle encompassing experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices as well as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Adept at translating ambiguous challenges into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise in deploying machine learning and Generative AI solutions to production environments.
• Ability to confidently engage and update executive-level stakeholders on delivery progress, strategies, and compromises.
• Experience managing diverse, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams spanning multiple functions.
