Job Overview

We are seeking Delivery Executives to join our XpressBees delivery team based in Thoothukudi. This role involves managing parcel deliveries within designated locations efficiently and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of parcels assigned to customers in specific delivery zones.
• Handle packages carefully and in a professional manner to avoid damage.
• Update the delivery progress and status regularly through the company’s mobile app.
• Manage daily shipment assignments and strive to meet established delivery targets.
• Follow company guidelines for processing RVP (Return to Vendor) shipments.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers during deliveries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle, which is mandatory for this position.
• Possession of a valid driving license is required.
• An Android smartphone is necessary to operate delivery applications.
• Familiarity with the local areas of Thoothukudi is preferred to optimize delivery routes.
• Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude.
• Fresh candidates can apply; immediate joining is preferred.

Compensation and Additional Details

Based on shipment volume and individual performance, the monthly earnings range approximately from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 or more.
