Delivery Executive

Job Overview

The Delivery Executive at Xpressbees is tasked with the efficient collection, transportation, and delivery of e-commerce parcels within a designated local area. This role includes direct customer interaction and requires adherence to delivery timelines and verification protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather assigned parcels and returns from the local warehouse daily.
• Complete door-to-door deliveries to residential and commercial customers while maintaining schedule targets.
• Authenticate deliveries via customer OTPs, digital signatures, or live app status updates.
• Manage cash collection for Cash on Delivery orders followed by timely submission of payments at the hub.
• Engage courteously with customers during shipment handovers and pick-ups.

Candidate Profile

• Educational qualification of 10th grade pass or below is acceptable; suitable for freshers and experienced individuals.
• Must own a personal two-wheeler (motorcycle or scooter) and an Android smartphone.
• Required documents include a valid driving license, vehicle registration certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a bank account to receive payments.
• Essential skills include basic proficiency in GPS-based route navigation, punctuality, and effective communication in the local language.
