Delivery Executive

Job Overview

An Xpressbees Delivery Executive/Partner manages the collection, transportation, and delivery of e-commerce packages within a designated local area, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Key Duties

• Sorting and picking up assigned parcels, including small to medium packages and return-to-origin shipments, daily from the local hub or warehouse.
• Performing door-to-door deliveries to residential and commercial locations within specified timeframes.
• Verifying deliveries by confirming customer OTPs, acquiring digital signatures, and providing real-time status updates via the app.
• Handling cash on delivery (COD) transactions when applicable and submitting collected funds at the hub.
• Interacting courteously with customers during parcel handover and pickup processes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade or below, with positions open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Ownership of a personal two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and an Android smartphone.
• Possession of essential documents including a valid driving license, vehicle registration certificate, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a bank account for payroll purposes.
• Basic skills in GPS navigation, punctuality, and effective communication in the local language.
