Role Summary
Within the Hobart Trade Counter team, your responsibilities include delivering products, assisting customers such as plumbers and tradespeople, and supporting warehouse and trade counter operations.
Key Duties
- Transporting parts and products to customers driving a company vehicle
- Engaging in pick packing and maintaining stock accuracy
- Keeping the branch and warehouse orderly and safe
- Offering customer service and product-related information
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer support with strong customer interaction skills both face-to-face and via phone
- Competency in order picking, shop floor display maintenance, and ensuring accurate information delivery
- Ability and willingness to adopt new technological systems
- Possession of a valid, clean driver's license; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Possession of or willingness to obtain a medium rigid (MR) license is a plus
- Motivation to advance career progression locally, within the company network, or at head office
