Responsibilities
- Manage timely and secure delivery of customer orders within assigned region.
- Conduct daily deliveries to wholesale and retail outlets, including last mile customer deliveries.
- Verify orders before delivery and collect returns and necessary documentation for returns.
- Gather orders from shops for last mile delivery and handle cash and card payments for e-commerce cash on delivery (COD) customers according to procedures.
- Complete all processes via Fareye system, including shop-to-shop transfers.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform minor maintenance, report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to assigned routes, schedules, traffic laws, and company policies.
- Report any incidents or misplaced packages promptly to Logistics Distribution Department.
- Promote improvement and comply with the company’s Quality Management System following ISO 9001 standards.
- Ensure workplace health, safety and environment requirements per OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 are met, including security of building and stock.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Previous experience in delivery or similar roles is preferred.
- Have good knowledge of local roads and routes in Riyadh.
- Basic communication and customer service skills.
- Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
