Role Overview
The Associate - People Partner will play a vital role supporting key HR initiatives within the Transform Chalhoub Program and various Group Management functions, such as Group Communications, Sustainability, Internal Audit, and Family Office. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, the position involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce governance, and organizational activities to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing, purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment and workforce planning processes including managing PO codes, requisitions, and liaising with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely hiring.
- Create, review, and maintain job descriptions collaboratively with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition, coordinating with Rewards on job evaluations to ensure consistent career and remuneration frameworks.
- Oversee internal HR operational procedures such as transfers, promotions, confirmations, and organizational updates with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and prompt execution.
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives through developing internal communications, leadership messaging, and programs designed to enhance motivation, connection, belonging, and organizational purpose.
- Promote a unified "One Team, One Culture" spirit across the Transform Chalhoub ecosystem by facilitating collaboration between program teams, Super Users, business stakeholders, and consultants.
- Assist with budget adherence and workforce governance including monitoring headcount, budget analysis, organizational changes, and supporting Super User recharge and service agreement processes.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and communications to aid leadership discussions concerning workforce planning, engagement, and organizational decisions.
- Help implement people initiatives, change management efforts, onboarding sessions, and skill development programs to build team capabilities and improve the employee experience across supported functions.
