Job Overview

We are seeking diligent and active Delivery Partners for Swiggy Food and Instamart services to pick up and deliver meals from local restaurants and groceries or essentials from Instamart dark stores securely to customers' doorsteps.

Responsibilities

• Collect food orders from partnered restaurants and deliver them promptly to customers.
• Gather grocery and daily essential orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
• Use the Swiggy Delivery Partner App to accept orders, follow GPS navigation, and track daily earnings.
• Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers and handle orders with care.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Earn between ₹30,000 and ₹60,000 monthly depending on orders and hours worked.
• Receive up to ₹10,000 joining bonus upon meeting initial order targets.
• Extra petrol or distance allowance paid per delivery based on travelled distance.
• Additional bonuses for meeting daily and weekly order completion targets, and extra earnings during peak hours such as rain, weekends, and night shifts.
• Referral bonuses for introducing friends to the platform.
• Weekly payments directly transferred to bank accounts.
• Flexible work schedule with freedom to choose full-time or part-time shifts.
• Accidental and medical insurance coverage up to ₹12 lakhs for partners and their families.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Educational qualification is open; 10th pass/fail or any equivalent is acceptable.
• Must own a bike or scooter with a valid driving license and registration certificate, or a bicycle for nearby deliveries.
• Essential documents: Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN card, driving license (for two-wheelers), and bank passbook or canceled cheque for weekly payouts.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with GPS and internet connectivity is mandatory.
