Job Overview

BigBasket is urgently recruiting delivery riders for both part-time and full-time roles. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to earn weekly and monthly incentives, delivering grocery orders efficiently within their assigned areas.

Working Hours & Shifts

• Available time slots: 5:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM
• Work schedule: 6 days a week

Compensation

• Weekly earnings: ₹10,500 plus incentives
• Monthly income: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 plus incentives
• As a full-time rider, expected monthly salary ranges ₹30,000 to ₹35,000

• Aadhaar Card
• Driving License (DL) or Learning License (LLR)
• PAN Card
• Bank Passbook

Role & Responsibilities

• Pick up orders/parcels from nearby BigBasket stores.
• Deliver orders to customers accurately using Google Maps navigation.
• Collect payments from customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
• Perform deliveries within and around assigned delivery zones.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or even those who have not passed 10th may apply.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of Google Maps is essential.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week.
• Capable of riding a bike.
