Overview
Big Basket is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Picker/Packer located in Bengaluru. This role involves selecting products precisely from the warehouse, packing orders securely for dispatch, and verifying product quality and quantities prior to packaging. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential, alongside collaborating effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Accurately select products according to order requirements within the warehouse.
- Ensure that all orders are packed carefully to avoid damage during delivery.
- Inspect product quality and confirm correct quantities before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards in the designated work area.
- Coordinate and work in teams to achieve daily operational targets.
Requirements
- Completion of at least 10th grade education.
- Applicants can be freshers or experienced in similar roles.
- Good communication skills and readiness to work in shift schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary with in-hand amount approximately ₹18,000 and total CTC of ₹20,000.
- Weekly day off for rest and recuperation.
