About the Role

Big Basket is urgently seeking responsible bike riders in Bangalore to join their delivery team on either a part-time or full-time basis. This position involves picking up parcels from local stores and delivering them to customers using Google Maps for navigation around the Bangalore area.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently through Bangalore to deliver parcels to customers.
• Collect payments for deliveries where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Be prepared to work across various areas within Bangalore city as required.

Requirements

• Must have basic understanding of smartphone operations and use of Google Maps.
• Possession of a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to work six days per week, including timely attendance as per shift schedules.
• Minimum education: completion or non-completion of 10th grade is acceptable.
• Must own a smartphone for navigation and communication purposes.
• Possess required identification documents such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Learner’s License, PAN Card, and Passbook.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Shift slots available at 05:30 AM, 09:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 03:00 PM.
• Weekly earnings starting at INR 10,500 plus incentives.
• Monthly gross earnings range between INR 25,000 and 55,000 with incentives included.
• Workweek consists of six working days.
