Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor tasks.
• Indoor temperatures ranging from 36°F up to over 90°F.
• Sudden temperature fluctuations between indoor and outdoor environments.
• Contact with food-related odors and cornmeal dust.
• Working in confined spaces including walk-in coolers.
• Handling hot surfaces and equipment, with temperatures reaching 500°F or higher.
• Interaction with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensory and Physical Demands

• Using telephone communication including hearing and talking.
• Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks and good depth perception.
• Ability to distinguish temperature differences of surfaces.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work both independently and in teams, manage stress, adhere to quality standards, engage with customers, analyze information, and make decisions.
• Standing for most of the work period.
• Walking short distances over ceramic tile, brick, or linoleum floors.
• Sitting for paperwork tasks at desk or table.
• Lifting cases up to 50 pounds using hand trucks; stacking up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying supplies such as 3 pound 7 ounce cans, 30 pound pizza sauce containers, and trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds each.
• Pushing or pulling dollies loaded with up to 24-30 trays requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Occasional stair-climbing or ladder use to perform maintenance or update signs.
