Job Overview

BigBasket is urgently seeking Delivery Riders for both part-time and full-time roles based in Bangalore. This role involves the pickup and safe delivery of groceries to customers, with flexible work schedules and competitive pay including incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from nearby stores.
• Ensure prompt and safe delivery of groceries to customers.
• Navigate routes effectively using Google Maps.
• Handle payment collection when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout deliveries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Completion of 10th grade is preferred but not mandatory.
• Possession of a Smartphone with internet access.
• Basic proficiency in using Google Maps.
• Valid Driving Licence or Learner's License for two-wheelers.
• Availability to work six days per week.

• Driving Licence (DL or LLR)
• Bank Passbook

Working Hours and Compensation

• Flexible timing slots for both part-time and full-time roles.
• Part-time earnings up to ₹15,000+ per week plus incentives.
• Full-time salary range between ₹40,000 and ₹50,000 per month plus incentives.
