About the Role

As a Delivery Executive with Xpressbees, your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and efficient handling of e-commerce parcels, couriers, and orders, delivering them directly to customers within designated areas.

Key Duties

• Pick up assigned parcels from the main hub or warehouse every morning, ensuring all manifest details are checked and verified.
• Carry out door-to-door last-mile deliveries following the designated navigation routes within your local operational zone.
• Confirm deliveries digitally using customer OTPs, digital signatures, or by capturing photo proof within the delivery application.
• Manage Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments collected via cash or UPI, depositing the funds at the hub at the end of each day.
• Handle reverse logistics including returns and Return-to-Origin (RTO) parcels, ensuring proper processing and delivery back to the warehouse.

Essential Requirements

• Possess a personal two-wheeler (bike or scooter) along with a valid driving license, registration certificate, and active insurance.
• Have key identification documents including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and an active bank account to receive payments.
• Own an Android smartphone with an active internet connection for navigation and real-time updates on deliveries.
• Education: Minimum completion or enrollment in 10th standard or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the local area and basic navigation skills is necessary.
