Delivery and Collection Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a Delivery and Collection Driver to join our Volkswagen Dealership based in Coventry. This role operates during standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting vehicles to customers' homes or workplaces.
• Ensuring a courteous and professional handover to clients.
• Managing payment receipts from customers when necessary.
• Refueling demonstration and display vehicles.
• Providing chauffeur services to company staff or customers as required.
• Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Dependable and neatly presented individual.
• Possession of a full, clean, and valid UK driving license.
• Confidence in customer interactions.
• Strong familiarity with the local area.
• Excellent skills in customer service.
