Job Overview

As a Deli/Bakery Team Associate, your primary responsibility is to prepare high-quality deli and bakery products for customers. You'll interact with customers at the service counter and ensure that freshly stocked merchandise reaches the sales floor promptly. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to food safety standards are essential aspects of this role.

Compensation and Shifts

This position offers an hourly wage between $16 and $29, which meets or exceeds the minimum wage requirements for the Clanton, AL location. Additional performance-based incentives may be awarded quarterly or annually. Under specific conditions, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid, depending on schedule, facility, season, or particular duties performed. Multiple premiums can apply if criteria are met. Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing shifts.
