Key Duties

• Assist the Bakewell Manager with overseeing daily deli operations including food prep, cooking, and customer service.
• Support sales growth efforts and help achieve established targets.
• Lead and motivate your team by setting realistic goals using strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ensure that all activities comply with Bakewell’s quality standards, policies, and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in a comparable supervisory position.
• Exhibits a proactive, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication with customers.
• Works collaboratively within a team to maintain a supportive workplace atmosphere.
