Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakewell Manager in overseeing daily restaurant functions including food preparation, cooking, and customer service.
• Help drive sales and work towards meeting sales goals alongside the manager.
• Inspire and guide staff to meet attainable targets through effective leadership and good communication.
• Ensure store operations align with Bakewell’s set standards, policies, and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years’ experience in a comparable supervisory position.
• Exhibit a positive "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills, enjoying frequent customer interactions.
• Collaborate well with teammates to maintain a constructive and encouraging work environment.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
