Position Overview
We are seeking a Decision Analyst to join our Operations Reporting & Insights team. This role involves transforming raw data into relevant and actionable business decisions by collaborating closely with leaders across departments such as manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and commercial teams. The position goes beyond simple reporting— it focuses on understanding not just performance data but also the underlying reasons and recommending the appropriate next steps.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify business challenges and decision-making needs.
- Analyze data to reveal trends, risks, potential opportunities, and key drivers of performance.
- Provide timely, actionable insights and suggestions aligned with business goals.
- Deliver prioritized, decision-ready intelligence that enables quick stakeholder response to operational risks and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of KPIs, measure performance, and ensure reporting governance.
- Utilize tools including Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Excel, and AI-driven analytics to extract insights.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and technical teams to enhance business results and decision quality.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives within Operations.

The ideal candidate is inquisitive, analytical, and enjoys problem-solving. You are confident handling data and understand the importance of communicating insights effectively to drive decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Background in business analysis, operations analytics, reporting, or related fields.
- Strong communication and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and converting findings into actionable advice.
- Experience with analytic platforms and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Databricks.
- Relevant educational qualification in analytics, business, supply chain, operations, finance, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing improvement.
- A capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities while maintaining analytical quality and credibility.
- Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory management, or operational settings is highly desirable.
