Role Overview
As a Software Asset & Licensing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the management and administration of software licenses, renewals, purchasing, and asset records. Your work will ensure accuracy and compliance across Gallagher's software portfolio, directly supporting cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day software license renewals and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate software asset records and purchasing documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Procurement, Finance, Technology teams, and suppliers to ensure license entitlements, quotes, approvals, and purchases are precise and audit compliant.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
