Position Overview

We are seeking a deburr technician responsible for refining manufactured parts by eliminating burrs, rough edges, and imperfections to achieve precise, smooth finishes using various manual and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate hand and power tools such as high-speed Dremel devices, polishing wheels, and buffing wheels to remove burrs, scratches, nicks, and rough edges from parts.
  • Perform polishing and blending of components to correct flaws, prepare surfaces for further finishing, and meet specified finish criteria.
  • Report any issues related to deburring or manual operations promptly to leads or supervisors.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or machining preferred but not compulsory.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints.
  • Basic skills in math and measurements.
  • Strong safety awareness.
  • Must verify employment eligibility upon hiring; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
  • The role is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance requiring U.S. person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee).
