• Review shared document repositories ensuring strict adherence to prescribed naming and storage protocols.
• Document internal workflows by designating task ownership and deadline tracking.
• Develop clear, concise tables and charts summarizing weekly project updates for team discussion.
• Detect and highlight missing or inconsistent data submitted by the client.
• Support in compiling weekly status reports by validating and collecting project metrics.
• Maintain accurate archival of all formal decisions and records for future access.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing complex information.
• Exceptional precision in identifying minor errors in both text and numerical data.
• Capable of writing succinctly in plain English without jargon.
• Methodical with a strong preference for structure and clarity.
• Patient and persistent when handling incomplete or intricate datasets.
