Overview
The Master Data Officer acts as the primary support contact for both Divisional offices and the Home Office teams, ensuring efficient management of SAP and Arch data administration. The individual aids in processing and handling information accurately across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for SAP and Arch data administrative services across divisional and home office teams.
- Assist divisional offices by extracting and preparing transactional reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting needs.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to SAP or Arch data.
- Ensure compliance with established data governance standards and protocols.
