Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Lead to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related domains and possess over a decade of experience in AI/ML, including four or more years in leadership roles such as AI/ML Lead, Principal Data Scientist, or ML Architect. This role demands hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying production-quality AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
The expert will demonstrate deep proficiency in technologies and methodologies including Python programming, SQL querying, REST API integration, version control with Git, containerization via Docker, and orchestration through Kubernetes. Candidates must be adept with a broad spectrum of machine learning techniques encompassing supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning paradigms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
Additionally, expertise in modern MLOps tools and frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Databricks, along with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Datadog, is essential. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI) including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks will be critical to the role.
The position involves collaborating with international customers across various sectors—banking and financial services (BFS), healthcare, insurance, publishing, and enterprise software.
