Role & Responsibilities

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Possess over 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 4 years in leadership roles such as AI/ML Lead, Principal Data Scientist, or ML Architect.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience developing and launching production-grade AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of Python, SQL, REST APIs, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in machine learning approaches including supervised, unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Databricks; and practices including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Prometheus and Datadog.
• Experience working with large language models and generative AI technologies, including techniques like fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks.
• Proven track record collaborating with international clients across banking, financial services, healthcare, insurance, publishing, and enterprise software sectors.

Open to candidates who have completed any undergraduate degree.
