Senior to Managerial

Role Overview

• Develop and deploy data governance frameworks including operating models, roles, and responsibilities.
• Design and implement workflow processes for data governance.
• Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and data architecture activities related to governance.
• Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to align data standards and strategy.
• Coordinate across projects to ensure alignment with organizational data standards and enterprise architecture.
• Define and establish roles, responsibilities, processes, and procedures around data governance and quality to ensure visibility and understanding of agency-wide data assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business users to provide impact-driven analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in establishing and operating Data Offices.
• Support design and implementation of governance frameworks within projects including standards, policies, operating models, and data quality benchmarks.
• Assist in managing data maturity assessments and driving change management throughout projects.
• Contribute actively to data governance project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• Certifications such as DAMA, Informatica, or Collibra preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is highly preferred.
