Senior to Managerial
Role Overview
- Develop and deploy data governance frameworks including operating models, roles, and responsibilities.
- Design and implement workflow processes for data governance.
- Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and data architecture activities related to governance.
- Conduct data maturity assessments and gap analyses.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to align data standards and strategy.
- Coordinate across projects to ensure alignment with organizational data standards and enterprise architecture.
- Define and establish roles, responsibilities, processes, and procedures around data governance and quality to ensure visibility and understanding of agency-wide data assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business users to provide impact-driven analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in establishing and operating Data Offices.
- Support design and implementation of governance frameworks within projects including standards, policies, operating models, and data quality benchmarks.
- Assist in managing data maturity assessments and driving change management throughout projects.
- Contribute actively to data governance project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
- Certifications such as DAMA, Informatica, or Collibra preferred.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is highly preferred.
Additional Information
Fluency in Arabic and English enhances candidacy due to the regional and organizational communication needs.
