Data Entry Operator

Role Overview

Join Larsen & Toubro as a Data Entry Operator responsible for managing and updating critical operational data using the DPMS platform to support plant and project functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely input raw information from shift logs, weighbridge slips, and production reports into the DPMS system.
• Verify accuracy of entered data by cross-referencing with original documents to detect and correct errors or irrelevant entries.
• Keep updated records on inventory status, equipment downtime, and employee attendance through relevant software modules.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports for internal departmental leaders.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data related to plant operations at all times.
• Promptly communicate any software malfunctions or user interface issues within the DEMS platform to IT support personnel.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including logs, progress tracking, material and manpower data within DPMS with accuracy.
• Organize, upload, and manage engineering documents, drawings, and reports within the system effectively.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Prior exposure to ERP systems or specialized software like DPMS is highly advantageous.
