Role Summary
We seek a skilled Document Controller to join our team full-time in Brisbane, supporting various engineering and design projects. This position plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy, control, and quality of project documentation, contributing to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive document control processes across multiple concurrent projects within a shared service setup.
- Assist project leaders by overseeing document workflows, revision control, and conducting quality assurance checks to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate intensively with engineers and key stakeholders to ensure timely distribution and tracking of all project-related documents.
- Engage proactively in supporting team members during intense project phases, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in document control with strong knowledge of principles like revision control and workflow management.
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of establishing strong working relationships to aid project success.
- Familiarity with document management systems; experience with Aconex is highly preferred, and TeamBinder knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
